Here is another one of the workouts my sister and I completed. We did this on Monday night and it proved to be a tough one. Enjoy!
UPPER BODY/CORE
(increase weight with each set, last set should be heavy!)
*DB= dumbbell
DB incline bench 1x15, 1x10, 2x5
DB shoulder press 1x15, 1x10, 2x5
Bench 1x15, 1x10, 2x5
Deadlift 1x15, 1x10, 2x5
Standing Tri Pulls 1x15, 1x10, 2x5
Bent over DB rows 1x15, 1x10, 2x5
DB flys 1x15, 1x10, 2x5
Lat pulls 1x15, 1x10, 2x5
(minimal rest to get heart rate up)
Dips 3x15
Pull-ups 3x8
Plank 3x30 secs
Push-ups 3x10
Stability Ball Pikes 3x15
