Diet is key when it comes to getting lean! You always hear that you should eat clean. Sometimes people have the mentality that if they just go to the gym and burn calories that they will lose weight. They are missing the most important part to weight loss...eating healthy! There are many foods that are considered superfoods. Due to their biological make-up and how our bodies process them, they are found to be very beneficial to burning fat and helping us obtain those lean bodies we desire.
